I stumbled onto Techjockey while doing research for a software. I was reviewing ratings of these systems to help me figure out which ones to look into further. I was contacted by Brittany who asked me a few questions as to what kind of software I was looking for and then she forwarded me 5 possible systems that might work for us. She also forwarded the notes from our conversation to the 5 software companies and then I was contacted by each of them. After discussing my needs further with the 5 different options, I was able to narrow it down and after being able to see their demos and try their free demos of their systems, I have my search narrowed down to just 2 and will make my decision this week. I also found Techjockey "Best Practices : How to Evaluate Software Demonstrations" and "Best Practices: Understanding and Comparing Software Price Quotes" flyers very helpful and used these tips in narrowing down and evaluating the software companies. I would definitely suggest Techjockey because they have the reviews and company contact information already available and saved me a ton of valuable time!

“Great product. Great customer support”
I really like the features, functionality, ease of use and customer support. They have a lot of features, that is a MUST for my company. Both regarding tracking, management and the simplicity.
I am having a problem with the App Distribution. Not all of my devices are installing the apps, I push to them. Even if it is a Force Install. And its always random, which devices doesn't get the app.

The interface presents all that is needed. Remote troubleshooting with ease when using Managed Engine. Registering our product is easy. I love the format. "Lock mode" is very good in helping us with missing Tablets. "Location" function helps us find our Tablets. Remote wipe works flawlessly.
Blacklisting needs a bit of work. We received multiple e-mails "per APP" that was blacklisted. I suggest a single e-mail with the list of Blacklisted APPs.
