“Pathetic Service,Company Executives has no clue
only booking of products just that
Trust After Service is pathetic and Company executive has no clue what is happening to customers parcel.No Professional Customer Complaint Managment.
My customer lost Trust on My Products and repeat orders got declined.Top Managment has to start focusing on Customer Issues,otherwise all Investments gone for Toss.
I shared my concern on Mail,except of auto mail,nobody bothers to revert back.One 2 parcel for same customer for same address picked up on same time,one got delivered after follow up and other is in coming back to me with reason,parcel can't be delivered on this address.
What a crap.after so many complaints and follow up,no body bothered to call back to customer.
What a dlevery company!!SAD TO SAY,ITS PATHETIC

“shiprocket is fraud”
@shiprocket this courier company is doing complete fraud with their customers, We are trying to contact them since the last two month by phone calls, Emails, and Social media but we are not getting any calls or update from their side related our missing shipments and some amount which is blocked and unnecessary deducted from my shiprocket account,
we also shared missing shipment details with them but didn't get any response or support by them. following three untraceable/missing parcels.

This app is going from bad to worse and from worse to worst. Very very poor customer service. The chat support is of no use. They just raise tickets and keep sending automated emails that they are looking into the issue. But no one responds and finally you get to know that the ticket is marked as resolved. How??? One of my parcel is still not delivered,.It's been 30 days since Pickup and if we ask for update, the customer service executive will just say it will be delivered within 24 hours.Pls stay away from this app.

Worst service.. Stop Joining hands with Delhivery courier carriers to loot online sellers by creating fake weight disputes and NSZ Pincodes.
80% bad reviews, better stop your services. Worst customer support, worst delivery channels. 90% fake delivery attempts.
